Hierarchy sounds like a psychiatric term for hereditary. Similar in some ways but really totally opposed. Hierarchy is the necessary organization of management positions within the company in order to establish management jurisdictions and directional lines of communication within structural guidelines of the business entity.
\The organization of what is like a beehive of activity flowing up and down like channels and in and out of different departments to form the hierarchal company. Creating positions and job specifications that enable and equip the professional organization with ideas smooth working systems and productive methods for improvement. The company organizational hierarchy leads, interrelates and generates sources of revenue, income and profit. Whilst each cog in the wheel works to provide a good or service they are brought together by the organizational capacity of the hierarchy.
I guess it is noteworthy to further say that any institution is capable of hierarchy. Structuring and whilst the organization remains self defeating it in turn reciprocates and reproduces alternative and extra means of leadership and communication. Really it is the hierarchy that facilitates the relevant necessary understanding and information that make or break the business company. Knowledge is immaterial to the point that you can redesign and redesign the hierarchy inside out and back to front and still come up with the same answer.
Except of course for obvious changes and updated positions, recycling of people regeneration of old concepts, supplying new ones and of course counteracting all existing errors and difficulties.
Really we are talking about ream work which I guess ultimately would be best inherited.
