Policy Making and Management

The principle of making policy is to have enough information and knowledge on what does and does not work, what is right and wrong and why. With these considerations available healthy decisions can be made for structuring policy and implementing and making systems that are designed for function for correct and right procedure for constant management and then henceforth maintaining and reviewing techniques.

The first reason for policy is for a set of guidelines and rules for regulations and implementations that work for the goof of the country and in political circles and business there must be efficient management to maintain the overall system. The question then has to be asked. Is it better to lead or run a government with managers or politicians, while the facts are that managers are usually more efficient and work in business while politicians take their time to make sure things are right. Does the work load demand money or is it more important to take your time and do things right. Remembering that money is an incentive for work, but rules and right regulations must be thorough and correct.

So if the manager is managing he is better off in business but if the politicians are taking too much time there is a need for renewal and a little bit of extra incentive to get the job done or get out if you can't achieve the results. For while everyone is taking their time everyone else is making money,. So it may depend more on the person as a leader or the reason for the type of work and what exactly as to get done to achieve the good results.
