Redesigning and Organisation

A political economy is a pretty intense and pressurized thing. It's people move and change all the time. Managing a cost effective system in a highly organized government is a financial drain and a constant generation of fund requirement for allocating distribution and dispersments. Redesigning and reorganizing things is a management requirement for change due to current adaptations to new situations and realities arising through work and eventuality of reasons for updating and reorganizing of laws and bills for passing in parliament. Redesigning government systems is by no means a small task and to even think of trying to redesign the whole system is an incomprehensible task.

There are some areas that need improvement to suggest another system would work better. Being more management orientated myself I can see the benefits and difficulties of the current system but with hindsight in management techniques there is a far better way of getting things done in business and company or corporate procedure than government work the way it is in terms of efficiency. Politicians are famous for high costs and low turnover where management budget and spend more effectively to get things done, simpler more effective and in routine behavior. You would have to pay more to lead the country with management and on the other hand paying politicians more does not necessarily improve productive service.

So we are faced with a dilemma. On the one hand we want a highly productive government controlling and leading the country and we pay a reasonable amount for that. On the other hand business enterprise could cut costs and get more done for more money at top level in a management leadership system. Therefore is it good or better to change and hence forth use redesigning and organizations systems or should we leave well alone and do it as it always has been done?
