The organization of the future as I see it is one that is less hands on and fire fighting type leadership. What we need to aim for objectively is coordinated connections and organised linkage in the chain reaction of automatic system. whereby the leadership is instigated more thoroughly and carefully thought so that everything proceeds in a logical and organized time frame where by the network of infrastructure is structurally supported by an efficient time controlled accuracy of organization that functions highly integrated to format the desired implications of fully autonomous procedure.

So that the objective advancement flows continuously and rhythmatic and organized in a streamline effective manner. The organisation of the future as I see it will have a highly harmonious desire to link and interact so that it enables an d makes easy the transactions of sales and the desired means to obtain what you need and to travel and acquire or have delivered or mailed for the most timely need of arrival. Equality is a leadership tool and things must be geared up to mutually benefit and enhance the competitive edge of advancement whereby in the process of transport and arrival the education system is conforming to health and hospital directions that integrated and provide and service the intellectual cures of the desired causes and need so that the progress of society is one of anti-disease and the eradication of illness and things support each other for people to organise the building of the future and the performance of work invited to indicate and reflect perfection.

So the societal system of the hierarchy is one of up and down the line management in a highly organized and structured format. So the organization of the future as I see it is heaven on earth and the reward of things is worth a paradise peace of mind and real money working to perform.
