Government as is stands is tried and trued and for a long time it has managed efficiently. The reason being is that there are too many people to get away with anything wrong for any unsubstantiated reason. When there is a lot of money involved and people are really feeling the pinch then no one gets away with anything. If they do there is a fallacy in the system and they are quite likely to get caught out anyway later for a similar reason. Now I am not trying to punish everyone or put anyone in jail for an honest or even a few genuine mistakes but racketeers who want to capitalize out of the system for self gain must be told. No way! You can't do it.
When a well working system operates effectively there is no need for change and I am yet to be completely satisfied that the current system is flawless. Henceforth the reason for some change or re-organisation of personnel. Reinventing government is something I am constantly tempted to do in order to supply better management for getting work and job done instead of negative disputes all the time. I am never going to win completely. I beg to differ on a number of views and issues and I might win a major percentage. But to completely redesign or reinvent government changing the parliamentary system established over a hundred year ago, I am facing an uphill negative battle that I can't win alone nor would I try.
However maybe again another years down the track modernization and ancient laws will be hand in hand and part in parcel with one another so that the efficiency and unification of bilateral thinking is enabled to smoothly transfer to a more strategic position of new management in government systems. Therefore reinventing government is simple not a current option but with the transition of streamline information and work processing there becomes a more apparent and efficiently practical better way of doing things which would enable a great workload and more organization behavior for a growing population and the necessity to get things done more productively.
